Terms of sale and licence

Who sells

ARAN is made by Oriol Marches Merino (see the legal notice). Payment is handled by Link, from Stripe, acting as the reseller (merchant of record): it charges you, sends your receipt and pays the taxes due in your country.

What you buy

A licence to use ARAN on Mac (Apple Silicon, macOS 12 or later) and Windows (10 or 11, 64-bit). Before buying, check the requirements.

Price

€1.99 for the first 100 purchases (launch price), then €4.99. You pay once: no subscription and nothing else to pay inside the app. The checkout page shows the final price with your country's taxes.

Delivery

As soon as you pay, the thank-you page shows your key and the downloads. That page is your link to get your key back.

The licence

• It's personal, for you, and it's for life: you can use it with no time limit.
• You can install it on your own computers.
• You may not resell, share or publish it, or distribute or modify the app, except as the law allows.
• Every update and future version of ARAN is included, at no extra cost.

Refunds

If ARAN doesn't win you over within 14 days, write to hola@aranvideo.com and we'll refund you, no questions asked. A refunded licence stops being valid.

Warranty

You keep every guarantee consumer law gives you. Beyond that, ARAN is provided as it is: keep copies of your important projects and videos.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the rights your own country's law gives you as a consumer.
